MLK weekend with Addie!

I spent a very eventful weekend with my dear friend Addie! Upon arriving in Irvine to spend the weekend at her apartment, we rushed with her friend YI to work out at the gym for an hour and dear god, as painful as it was, it was very fulfilling. I'm still sore but I like it :)
Addie and I ate dinner at a yummy place called Itriya which has Korean pasta and pizzas in addition to Italian pasta and pizza. The decor was very nice and I took pictures of the cactus... because... well... I have a dirty mind

I of course took a couple hideous pictures. 'Tis a tradition, darling! We ordered basil-pesto pasta and yummy fries. I got a... white peach nonalcoholic mixed drink and I really liked it @w@

Later we went back to her apartment to get ready to go to a small gathering of Addie's roommate's friend and I drew this on their whiteboard. So creative~

I got very drunk quickly at the gathering. It was actually very small and Addie and I felt like we were intruding. I was lucky enough to get so drunk that I didn't feel awkward but Addie... poor Addie was definitely not in her comfort zone and since she was the Designated Driver, couldn't get drunk. It was actually a small gathering of international students, mostly Koreans, for one who was leaving to do his military service. Addie, being a hapa, doesn't feel so comfortable around Koreans very often, but there were a couple of Japanese guys there, and the party celebrant was very kind. We all hung outside while I was smoking and drunk as fuck and Addie had a good time when we hung out with the Japanese men.
The Japanese men kept saying to each other, "She's so cute!" about me because I was so drunk and speaking in broken Japanese/Korean and mixing them up LOL

The next day, I had a massive hang over and found that I had drunk dialed a few people and left a video message to my love interest on FaceBook. Oops. At least it was private message...

For dinner, Addie and I ate at BCD Tofu House, and had 빔수 for dessert at Guppy's Tea House. There are fish tanks along the wall, and in the one closest to us that I was facing, there was a bloated fish who was struggling to flip itself over, and while we were waiting to be served our 빔수, I couldn't help but stare in agony at the fish! It made me really upset because I couldn't do anything about it, so I asked Addie to switch spots with me and she also found that it was a sad scene. She had an easier time ignoring it though lol
We took purikura at Sticki Picki after finishing our shaved ice :D It was super fun! I realized that we didn't pick any of the pictures I wore cow ears in, but I really like the photos that came out. It's a very cute machine, but I can't recall its name.

Sunday, we both woke up late and after she came back from a work out, we ate at Veggie Grill!! So delicious!

It started raining on us as I was finishing my Portabello burger though...
